HVAC Mechanic : 200582

Location: Atlanta, GA Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Schedule: 24/7 operations (rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as needed) We are seeking an experienced HVAC Mechanic (Tech 2) to respond to reactive service calls and perform advanced troubleshooting and repairs on commercial HVAC systems in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues • Perform maintenance on 4-pipe AHUs, VAVs, and fan coil units • Work with pneumatic and DDC controls • Monitor equipment condition and perform routine inspections • Enter and track work orders in CMMS • Work from ladders and lifts as needed • Follow all safety procedures and attend daily safety briefings Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance and controls experience (5 preferred) • Experience with chilled and hot water systems • Familiarity with BMS systems (Metasys, Tracer Summit, Honeywell, ALC, etc.) • Experience working with VFDs • Valid driver’s license (must be insurable) • Strong computer and communication skills Preferred: • Associate degree or technical school certification This is a safety-sensitive position requiring strict adherence to safety standards and the ability to work in varying weather conditions. #KCJ Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour Application Question(s): • Do you have at least 3 years of commercial or industrial HVAC maintenance experience? • Do you have hands-on experience with AHUs, VAV systems, and fan coil units? • Are you willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays?
