What You'll Be Working On
You'll be part of stable crews on commercial new construction and multi-family residential projects across Calgary — installing and commissioning HVAC and refrigeration systems that matter.
→ Fabricate and install ductwork, rooftop units, condensers, evaporators, and associated piping
→ Refrigerant charging, leak testing, and commissioning (when qualified)
→ Read and interpret blueprints, installation drawings, and layout sketches
→ Coordinate with foremen and other trades to hit schedule and quality targets
→ Regular equipment handling — 25 kg+ lifts, working at heights and in tight spaces
Schedule & Pay
→ Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM, Monday to Friday — no shift work, no compulsory weekends
→ Overtime paid after 8 hours/day (no hour banking)
→ Wages discussed during phone screen — we pay competitively
What We're Looking For
We are hiring at all levels from 1st through 4th year apprentices and Journeypersons. If you bring the right attitude, we'll develop the rest.
→ Reliable transportation to Calgary job sites
→ Own hand tools (basic set minimum)
→ Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and through shifts
→ Committed to site safety policies and PPE
→ English sufficient for safe on-site communication
