Position: HVAC Service Technician

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable HVAC Service Technician to join our Calgary team. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while delivering a service experience that lives up to the Furnace Family name.
What You’ll Do:
• Diagnose and repair furnaces, air conditioners, and HVAC-related equipment
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections to identify and resolve potential issues
• Deliver professional, friendly service during customer visits
• Communicate clearly with customers about the work performed and answer questions
• Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and time spent
• Keep company vehicles, tools, and equipment clean and in good working order
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service requests
• Follow all safety protocols and company standards on every job
What You Bring:
• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience (preferred)
• Completed HVAC apprenticeship or equivalent technical training
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean record
• Comfortable with physical work and working in various weather conditions
• Subject to a criminal background check

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
