You will work alongside experienced electricians to learn installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems throughout our manufacturing facility. If you are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and eager to learn, this is your opportunity to enter a high-demand skilled trade. What You’ll Do Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of: Industrial wiring and conduit Motors, drives, and control systems Electrical panels and distribution equipment Production machinery and facility systems Use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools Support troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical failures Read and work from basic blueprints, schematics, and work instructions (as training progresses) Follow all plant safety and lockout/tagout procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas Participate in on-the-job training and skill development through the union program Salary: $28-$38 an hour Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Night shift Weekend availability Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.
