Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, an industry leader in commercial building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be supporting multiple facilities across the Columbus, GA area, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of essential systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment. Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician Location:Columbus, GA What's the Job? • Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and related facility equipment across multiple sites. • Perform preventative maintenance and monitor repairs to ensure optimal system performance. • Travel between various facilities, ensuring each is functioning properly and efficiently. • Maintain accurate records of readings, adjustments, and maintenance activities. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper handling of hazardous materials. What's Needed? • High School Diploma or Equivalent. • 5-7 years of experience in commercial HVAC maintenance and repair. • EPA 608 Type II Certification required; Universal Certification preferred. • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the area.
