Framing Carpenter

About the Role

BuildRight Construction needs a framing carpenter for our residential new-build division. Part-time position with potential for full-time based on project pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Frame walls, floors, roofs, and stairs per plans
• Set trusses and engineered lumber (LVLs, I-joists)
• Install sheathing, blocking, and backing
• Read and interpret construction blueprints

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential framing experience
• Comfortable with production-paced framing
• Own framing tools (nail gun, circular saw, speed square)
• Able to lift 80+ lbs and work on roofs/scaffolding
