Finish Carpenter

About the Role

BuildRight Construction is hiring a finish carpenter for high-end residential projects in the San Diego area. If you take pride in precision trim work and custom cabinetry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Install crown molding, baseboards, casing, and custom trim
• Build and install custom cabinets and built-in shelving
• Hang interior doors and install hardware
• Read architectural drawings and cut lists
• Maintain tight tolerances and clean finish work

Requirements

• 5+ years of finish carpentry experience
• Proficient with miter saws, table saws, routers, and nail guns
• Own hand tools and basic power tools
• Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Portfolio or references from previous projects
