Plumbing Foreman

About the Role

NorthStar Plumbing Co is hiring a plumbing foreman to lead our commercial division. You'll oversee crews on new construction projects, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage plumbing crews of 4-8 on commercial sites
• Coordinate with GCs, inspectors, and subcontractors
• Read and interpret commercial plumbing blueprints
• Order materials and manage job site inventory
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes

Requirements

• Washington state journeyman or master plumber license
• 8+ years of commercial plumbing experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or foreman experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• First Aid/CPR certification
