Industrial HVAC Technician

This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and technologies, ensuring no two days are the same. Role: Industrial HVAC Technician Location: Houston Pay Range: $30-45ph Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and Repair: Work with a wide array of HVAC/R equipment, including air conditioners, refrigeration systems, heat pumps, and more. Diagnose and Communicate: Identify service issues, obtain necessary parts, calibrate systems, and clearly communicate with customers. Documentation and Efficiency: Thoroughly document equipment details and job processes, aiming for first-time resolution. Customer Service: Provide stellar service and solutions to customer HVAC/R problems. Continuous Learning: Participate in training on the latest industry technologies and safety standards. Requirements: - Experience with HVAC/R systems maintenance (3-5 years of industrial/commercial preferred). - Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and working with various control systems. - Current Universal EPA Certification, Basic Safety (HASC or ISTC), and TWIC card. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. - Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends on a rotating basis. - Clean driving record and the ability to manage a company vehicle. - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physically demanding tasks. Location & Travel: - This position requires traveling to various job sites within the Houston area, maintaining flexibility to meet business needs.
