Journeyman HVAC Technician

What We Offer: • Flexible work schedules to support your personal life. • A fun, team-oriented work environment. • Year-round, stable work – no seasonal layoffs. • Ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement. • Competitive pay + benefits (health insurance, retirement, PTO, etc.) • Company service van – (location based on residential area) Responsibilities: Duties: • Repair, maintain, HVAC systems including boilers and refrigeration units roof top package equipment 2 to 75 tons. • Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of HVAC equipment to ensure proper functionality. • Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs and installations. • Collaborate with design teams to ensure HVAC systems meet specifications and client requirements. • Document service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately. • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. • Adhere to safety protocols while working with hazardous materials in refrigeration systems. • Climb ladders and lift up to 70 Pounds. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Valid HVAC license/certifications. • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial HVAC service. • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • EPA Certification (Required). Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an HVAC Technician role in the HVAC mechanical field. • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems. • Familiarity with welding and HVAC refrigeration systems. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools including Ohmmeters for electrical testing. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • EPA certifications Type I, II, III, and Universal certification. • Valid California Drivers License and clean driving history.
