We partner with skilled journeymen who want consistent work, flexibility, and weekly pay without the headaches of running their own marketing or admin. About the Role We are currently looking for licensed Journeyman HVAC Technicians in Alberta to join our contractor network. This is a contract-based position, not an hourly job. You choose your working days, accept the jobs you want, and get paid weekly. We provide a steady flow of residential HVAC work including installations, replacements, service, and diagnostics. This role is ideal for technicians who are confident working independently, value flexibility, and take pride in high-quality workmanship and customer service. What You’ll Be Doing • Install, repair, and service residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, hot water tanks, garage heaters, etc.) • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on existing systems • Ensure all work is completed to Alberta safety codes and manufacturer specifications • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners • Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards • Submit basic job completion details for weekly payment processing Schedule & Pay • Contract-based (not hourly employment) • Flexible schedule – you choose which days you work • Paid weekly • Consistent work available based on your availability and performance • No marketing, no quoting, no chasing payments — we handle that Mandatory Requirements (Please Read Carefully) • Must hold a valid Journeyman HVAC / Refrigeration Mechanic license in the Province of Alberta (required) • Must have your own tools and HVAC equipment to complete residential work • Reliable vehicle and ability to travel to job sites • Strong knowledge of Alberta gas codes, HVAC regulations, and safety standards • Ability to work independently and professionally in customers’ homes • Valid driver’s license and legal eligibility to work in Canada How to Apply If you are a licensed Alberta journeyman looking for flexible, contract-based HVAC work with reliable weekly pay, we want to hear from you.
