HVAC PM Technician - Preventative Maintenance

Job Description Location: Atlanta, GA Pay:$21.00- $23.56 per hour DOE Schedule: 24/7/365 operations (rotating shifts, weekends and holidays as needed) We are seeking an HVAC PM Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC systems in a fast-paced, safety-sensitive environment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform preventive maintenance on direct expansion (DX) refrigeration and four-pipe HVAC systems • Service exhaust fans, fan coil units, belts, filters, and motor bearings • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC system issues using standard testing equipment • Use ladders and aerial lifts to access elevated equipment • Complete work orders and communicate effectively with team members • Work in various weather conditions as required Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED • EPA 608 Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire) • Valid driver's license (must be insurable) • At least 1 year of HVAC maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments Preferred Qualifications: • Associate degree or technical training • CFC certification • 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience This position is safety-sensitive and requires strict adherence to safety protocols.
