Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Servicing commercial refrigeration equipment and systems, including walk-in coolers, freezers, and reach-in units. • Installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. • Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems while performing essential inspection and maintenance tasks. • Testing lines, components, and connections for leaks. • Repairing or replacing defective equipment, components, or wiring. • Discussing system malfunctions with users to identify problems and verify effective repairs. • Enhancing HVAC system efficiency through routine maintenance, including changing filters and cleaning coils. • Installing, connecting, or adjusting thermostats, humidistats, or timers as required. • Communicating with customers regarding the status of repair or maintenance work. • Ordering and installing replacement parts as necessary. Requirements for the Position: • Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions. • Universal EPA Certification. • Valid Driver's License. • Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug test. • Safe operation and maintenance of company-provided vehicles. • Availability for after-hours service to customers. • Dedication to providing outstanding customer service. • Experience in commercial HVAC settings, repair of refrigeration equipment, and preventative maintenance is a plus. • Must have basic hand tools, gauges, and power tools; additional tools will be provided by the company, including ladders, vacuum pumps, and leak detectors.
