Sr. HVAC/R Technician – Halifax, NS $45/hour | Monday–Friday | Full-Time, Permanent Why Join 1Click Heating & Cooling? What You’ll Get • $45/hour • Monday to Friday schedule • Overtime available (optional) • Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms • Extended health & dental benefits from day 1 • Paid training and certification opportunities • Long-term, stable employment with a growing team • “No on-call / No rotation” What You’ll Be Doing • Installing and servicing heat pump and HVAC systems in residential homes • Diagnosing issues and completing quality repairs • Running refrigeration lines, ducting, controls, and electrical connections • Removing and decommissioning old oil or gas systems • Completing service documentation and communicating clearly with homeowners • Working safely and to provincial codes and manufacturer standards • Training apprentices on HVAC installations and safety What We’re Looking For • Red Seal Refrigeration Technician (recognized in NS) • Experience installing or servicing heat pumps or HVAC systems • Valid driver’s license • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Don’t meet every single requirement?
