Lead HVAC/R Technician

Requirements: • Expertise: 5-10+ years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including manufacturing plants, hospitals, offices, churches, and schools, primarily focused on troubleshooting. • Certifications: EPA Type 2 certification is mandatory; Universal Certification and OSHA 10 are highly preferred. • Technical Skills: Must possess comprehensive knowledge in troubleshooting, servicing, and installing chillers, cooling towers, and RTUs of 20+ tons. • Driving Credentials: A valid driver's license and eligibility to pass a background check are required. • Adaptability: We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn, adapt, and expand their knowledge. • Background: Experience in a senior technician role with a strong emphasis on Commercial/Industrial HVAC/R service and troubleshooting is essential.
