This is a critical position that will be highly visible in our operation. You will help execute our organization’s strategic goals and manage key customer relationships. Additionally, this is a position that offers long-term career growth in service operations and beyond. Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Work directly with and assist customers with their HVAC maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement needs • Troubleshoot HVAC issues to correct mechanical failures • Focus on safety and model best safety practices for our team members • Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact • Works on larger RTU’s and split systems, 10-20 tons. • Performs complex troubleshooting and repairs with minimal supervisor • Independently handle service calls • Conduct preventive maintenance and system performance optimization • Light commercial work • Positively and professionally represent the DynaTen name and brand to our customers Required Qualifications • 3-5 years of HVAC service experience • Advanced system knowledge, including a strong understanding of refrigeration cycle, airflow dynamics, and system efficiency • 2-3 years of experience with different types of HVAC systems, including residential and light commercial units • 2-3 years of experience working with various control boards, relays, transformers, and sensors • 2-3 years of independent troubleshooting and repairs, including diagnoses and repairs more complex electrical and mechanical issues, identifying and fixing refrigerant leaks, and recharging systems • Possess EPA Certification and Texas TDLR Registration • Proven technical capabilities delivered with customer service in mind • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Commitment to integrity and quality. • Positive attitude and self-motivated.
