Senior HVAC Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior HVAC Technician to join our esteemed team and contribute to our reputation as a leader in the HVAC industry! Key Responsibilities • Utilize your in-depth knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, heat pumps, and HVAC equipment to deliver top-tier service. • Manage the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems efficiently and accurately. • Perform essential preventative maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, replacing filters, and lubricating components to prolong system life. • Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to guarantee peak performance and reliability of HVAC systems. • Diagnose issues and effectively troubleshoot various HVAC system problems to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Licensed Journeyman in HVAC is required. • Possession of an EPA Certification (608) Universal License is mandatory. • Demonstrated expertise in commercial HVAC and refrigeration is essential. • Proficient in using hand tools, equipment, and testing devices with a strong emphasis on safety and effectiveness. • Commitment to ongoing training to stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in HVAC. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients. • Able to follow instructions and work independently in diverse environments. • Competent in reading and interpreting blueprints related to HVAC systems. • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
